The service

SoftQuit provides a gradual Control plan for quitting masturbation, awareness check-in nudges, Urge Breakers, an optional Porn Shield blocklist, Social Pause, and progress tracking. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You must sign in with Google or email to use SoftQuit. You are responsible for activity under your session. You can log out or delete local data from Profile.

Not medical advice

Training guidance is for general self-improvement. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional care.

Limitation

The app is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, SoftQuit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
